fantastic location professional staff sumptuous breakfast dirty elevator small bathtub tiny bathroom
the location was fantastic! i found the hotel close to many attractions. the breakfast was sumptuous, WOW! the staff were very professional too.
i noticed the elevator was not cleaned. the bathtub felt too small and had cracks. the bathroom seemed tiny. it did not feel like a 5-star experience.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful . They assisted with a delivery quickly after I left an item in the room.
The room I had was quite small. It felt cramped for a beautiful room. The space could have been more open and accommodating.

great location many restaurants faulty a c provided fan
the location is fantastic. the hotel had plenty of shops nearby and many restaurants were a short walk away (i didn't even need a taxi!).
the a/c in my room was not working properly. they gave me a fan, and i had to open a window (it wasn't a great solution).

expensive parking cramped space
the staff delivered water to us daily, i guess that's alright.
we had a junior suite belfry view. the belfry view? more like a cramped space with questionable stains and a tiny bathroom. also, they charged 39 euros for parking per day. other parkings charged only 27 euros.
